Can a WHITE Keyboard Cover be used to cover a Black Keyboard on the MacBook Air?

I saw a selection of coloured keyboard sleeves/covers on eBay and I love white keys but I'm a but apprehensive that the black keyboard on my MBA underneath may show through the white cover.

Has anyone ever bought one of these and do the work? Like do all the keys press as easily as they would without the cover etc?

Are the easy to put on? And can you take them on and off for cleaning etc or does that make then less sticky?

I've attached a pic of the one I'm looking at.

We've got one on an iMac. It literally lays over the keys without any issue.
