Undesirables epidemic

Is it just me or are there more and more scumbags around these days. It seems every where I look there they are. It's getting rare to see a normal person, ok that's an exaggeration but you get me! Or maybe i just live in a crappy area.
Today for example, I was driving through a town, traffic was heavy so we were just crawling along.
I had just taken off from a stand still and this idiot runs out from behind a van just as I was passing and I was inches from hitting him, luckily I was going slowly enough to stop.
He just stood there as I rolled past, I asked what the fcuk are you at, only to be greeted by him standing there with the eyes falling out of his head after whatever he had taken, he was actually drooling. I just took off.
What annoyed me more than almost hitting him was the fact that I was tipping along minding my business, I maintain the car no matter the expense, tax, test, insurance, the lot, and if I had hit this scumbag I would have been at fault and he probably would have received a big payout for more drugs.
As a friend of mine says, "it's a fcuked up world we're living in".

Ah the poor hyenas don't deserve that comparison!
I have 2 dogs here and I really think they are higher forms of life than some of the dirtbags around.

They are clever enough not to use contraception, why do themselves out of a free house and money etc for when the mini scumbag comes along.
