Living social deals problem

    I bought this deal last week with living social deals.
    I've been trying to redeem it for a week and all I get is the code is not recognised. Have been in contact with Living Social four times now and all I get are mails appreciating my patience and asking me to try again. The last one I got on Monday told me to take the issue up with the merchant, they haven't even replied:rolleyes:

    Anyone else buy this and get it fulfilled? I've asked for a refund but nothing so far.
    In fairness its the first issue I've had with them but their response is very very poor.
