Transferring state benefits within EU for second time

    Just wondering if anyone has information on transferring JSB within the EU. Been signing on in Ireland for four weeks and moved to London on Wednesday and have handed in the U2 form here. But in the event that getting work here isn't possible within a month or so, can I get JSB transferred to another EU country for the remaining amount of time I'd have left (ie, you have 13 weeks in total, if I stayed here for four weeks would I be able to transfer the remainder to a different EU state)?

    i transferred to scotland earlier this year and i was in my 5th week before i got my back payment. be prepared to wait because it can take up to 6 weeks to process.

    You can move about as much as you like for the 13 weeks , but I don't think jobcenter can make the change for you. I think your original social welfare office need to re issue you a letter which will mean lots of phonecalls etc. From my experience the jobcenter didn't know much about this topic . Could be different in London tho
