How much should it cost approximately to replace the timing belt, timing belt tensioner and the power steering pump in a 2005 1.4 HDi peugeot 206?

Timing belt is cheap €30, belt tensioner and pump are expensive new. Get second hand from Traynors or Dempseys (google them) and you will save a bundle. The problem then is labor. Where are you based?

About €350 to 400 should change the timing belt, tensioner and water pump.
Not sure about the power steering pump.
By all means get the steering pump second hand, but if you are using second hand tensioners you might as well not bother with changing the belt at all.

Sorry but this advise is completely wrong. The timing belt has a long interval and must be replaced as a kit, how the hell could you fit used parts on a critical engine timing component

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE SECOND HAND BELT TENSIONER.
Holdmybeer, what the hell are you thinking?
