Posting this on behalf of my cousin who hasn't got internet access. She receives rent allowance every month, but it wasn't paid in July. Posting this on behalf of my cousin who hasn't got internet access.

She receives rent allowance every month, but it wasn't paid in July. She called DSW & they said there was a glitch & payments are delayed.

Has anyone else experienced a delay last month & still awaiting it ?

go to welfare officer and get an emergency cheque
