ON a schedule what does e.m. mean? Is it the opposite of p.c. sum?

The only things I can think of its either a reference to the Explanitory Merandum..... Or it's meant to be e.m.p. which is a latin abbreviation meaning 'as directed' or 'as prescribed'

The latter makes more sense in the context e.g.

fit door and ironmongery (e.m.) €100

So "as prescibed" makes sense because the client would be supplying it.
