Unable to login (password incorrect)

    Hi,
    Every time I try to log in to my Boards account I'm told my password is incorrect (even though it definitely isn't). I have to reset my password every time I want to login, any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    Hi there,

    Are you perhaps trying to login with your email address? At the moment it is only possible to login using your username.

    Also make sure you don't have old credentials stored in your browser, which it may be trying to auto-login with.

    I use my username, not my email address. I'll try clearing my cache, or changing the details and such. Cheers.

    I think clearing the browsing date actually did it. It's been a long while since I did that. Also, I recently started using a smartphone (and of course, visiting Boards on said smartphone), around the same time the problem started. Could that have had anything to do with it?

    Could have been an old expired cookie not getting replaced, or incorrect credentials stored, or a combination thereof.
