landing net

    anybody have an old landing net theyre not using more im only a novice angler but i keep loosing 2/3 pound fish just off the bank any tips on how to keep them on the hook till i get them in ? :)photo.php?fbid=616020925085258&set=a.333428163344537.80068.100000320682707&type=3&theater

    i was thinking about getting one in aldi but i dont know if it will last long .im starting to get serious about fishing and i want something thats reliable and il have for a long time

    Pick up a handle and a net head for about €25, cheap one will last you as long as an expensive one, so long as you take care of it.

    Now that I think of it Aaron, where are you based, I might have an old un-used Landing net at home you could have, no handle though, I'll check when I get home.

    Go to any Argos and buy a Kennets landing net for not alot of euros.

    I got one in aldi and there good enough.the part where the handle clips tothe net came loose but insulation tape solved it.I got mine for a tenner because they were trying to sell them off a few weeks after they came in .....the fold and adjustment is handy to.....I'd buy it if I was you
