Adjustment to pay without notification

    Hi

Just a quick question, an adjustment was made to my pay today for something that happened 2 weeks ago (weekly pay).

I was not advised that a correction / adjustment was going to be made. While I disagree with the reasoning for the adjustment I am more irritated by the adjustment being made without any notification. Only when I queried the payslip was I advised.

My finger is hanging over the send button on a snotty email... Am I right to be annoyed??

Sounds like you should have received written notice. Info here.

Do you want to just rant at someone, or convince them to try and help you resolve the situation? Snotty emails as a first resort don't generally help with the latter :)
