Looking for Running Shoes Advice Needed

I do about 6km on a thread mill in Gym 5 days a week and do a little bit of running out side the odd time, im 6ft , 97 kilo, just wondering what would be a good shoe for me

Go to a specialist running shop and get them to recommend you a pair. I've always been happy with Amphibian King but I know that there are other shops that other would recommend as highly. You won't pay any more for the runners but you will get the right pair.
