Removing handrails from tiled bathroom

We are looking at possibly buying a 1970s house at the moment, trying to get an idea of all of the "small" jobs that would need doing.
The bathroom was recently done up and is very nice but it has numerous hand rails/shower rails which were put in for the last elderly resident.
Is it possible to remove these without ruining all the tiles or are you looking at doing the whole tiling again?

    Thanks in advance.

If you can source a matching tile, it should not be too much of an issue to remove the rails and replace any tiles with screw holes. You are probably looking at say max a days work for a good tiler plus the cost of adhesive, grout & tiles

Depending on the colour of the tiles you could just fill the holes left behind by the screws with silicone
