Hi I have digiweb metro wireless and would like to plug a telephone into back of digiwebs router and use it to make landline. Call's as I don't have a landline. Just want to ask anyone who has done this does it matter what kind of telephone I use or could I use some cheap argos one. Any advice would be appreciated

    Any modern phone will work.
You just need to be able to tone-dial. So, your 1960s rotary dial P&T black phone from your granny's house may not work but any phone from the 80s onwards should.

You need to make sure you've activated the phone service with them too.
If it's not included in your package, you'll just get a busy tone or something like that.
