Grazing or cutting will get rid of it.

What are the weeds that look like dock leaf or lettuce leaves? No real stem like a dock though

You'll have to post a pic.
Was just thinking there that maybe a weedlicker with roundup in it might sort the redshank. What yee recon?
Grazing and cutting are out of the question at the moment after all the rain that fell on it today.

We grew 12ac of kale last year and we're going reseeding it in the next few weeks. We've always had a problem with red shank in this field. Its starting to establish itself now. Is there anything we can spray to kill it off permanently or is there a pre emerge spray we could use ?

I always thought it was harmless in grazing or silage and first cutting would kill it.
Never heard of anyone treating it.
