Has anyone with a level 8 gotten BTEA for another level 8?

I'm applying for BTEA for a level 8 degree but the snag is of course that I already hold a level 8 degree. The lady said its unlikely but most notably she said that there's a chance, indicating that there is room for subjectivity. If I could get into a room with somebody to argue my case that would be brilliant. My main argument being that I can't get any fecking work with my current level 8.

Has anyone out there achieved this? Would be great to hear from ye!

Normally you have to move up a level. Unless you didn't finish your last degree hard to see how you will get it, but best of luck anyway.

I've been told you can only get it for your first undergrad, any lads I know that even did a year and dropped out (20 years ago) needed letters from their previous college giving the details. I'm not saying this is how it is but from what I've been told by others it can only be for your first level 8.
