hi, I am currently insured with 123, the reason I went with them last year was because they were by far the cheapest so just wondering do they have any competition this year? any insurers worth trying that might be cheaper than 123?
I am 29, have been driving 10 years with no claims.

Theres no such thing as a cheap insurance company; only one that is cheap for you.

What works for me might not work for you.
    Ring them all/check quotes online.

What price anyone else pays around here for their insurance has little or no relevance to what it will cost you as everyone's circumstances are different. Car insurance is not bought from a fixed price menu. If your objective is to get the best cover at the best price then you will need to ring them all, there is no short cut to getting cheaper quotes.
