Tube size question

So I want to buy a spare tube for my new bike and I've had a look at the markings on the current tube. It says:

    Schwalbe 28" No. 15 18/28-622/630

Right so Schwalbe is obviously the manufacturer and I'm guessing that 28" is the diameter and the No. 15 is probably a product number for the manufacturer but what do the last 4 digits mean? Do they represent some kind of range or what?

Also would any of the tubes on this page be a suitable replacement?

(I just wanted to check since they are all '700' and I don't have that anywhere on my tube).
