Hi all. Just wondering where i'd pick up double sided sticky pads something like these to put a registration plate on a car. Any advice? Need to change my reg by tomorrow so can't wait for them off the internet.

Had a look on Halfords but nothing there.

3M double sided foam tape is the job. The thick one.

Thanks might be a silly question but where would I pick it up handy?

A lot of glazers use it on PVC windows to hold the glass in so maybe try a window place.

They are bloody useless screw on the plates unless you want to buy a new set again fairly soon after losing your plates.

If you use the tape as above you won't have a problem. Guy I know used sticky foam tape in 2007. Still on there.
I've used it on loads of cars too without issue.

Halfords if you need it in a hurry, otherwise eBay.

You're using the wrong tape. I've never lost a plate.

Any hardware shop should have double sided tape. Never had a problem with it either. Make sure surfaces are clean first ;)

Did you actually ask in Halfords? They sell Harris tape, its solid has hell.

B&q. Woodies or your local hardware. Been using it for years on cars and caravans,no problems.
