    Hi

I have applied to do a pre nursing course hoping to either get into Ireland or the UK next year.
I received a letter in the post this morning from the college offering me a Conditional offer - which means I have to pay a fee then they will issue me Registration day.
Can I bring this Conditional offer to the social welfare office and apply for the back to education or do I have to wait until late August to receive letter for Registration day?

Any advice would be grateful, Thanks
