Hi guys, I got a letter in the post telling me that my jsb is running out and to fill out forms for jsa. I'm just wondering from your experience how many weeks approx do they give you until the jsb will run out.
I tried ringing them to find out but I can't get through.

Once I got the letter I had about 8 week's left.

They didn't start to process my claim until my stamps ran out, even though I filled in the form once I received it.

And I am still waiting for my claim to be processed, 5 months later, backlogs they say.

Do it not state a date on the letter?

Going back a few years, but I think I received more than one letter. The first one may not have had a date on it, but at least one of the others did. If you can't get through via the phone, visit the office.
