Shirley Phelps-Ropers Mental Condition

I was just watching this video and it made me wonder if Shirley Phelps-Roper actually has a mental problem. I know people say she's a crazy delusional psychopath, and they're right, but does she actually have a medical condition? Does her behaviour show symptoms of somebody with mental health issues? Surely she's not just somebody who's very wrongly opinionated and must have some sort of medical condition?

You know what I don't believe, in mentally ill as i believe that catch all term is just being abused particularly these days for protection. There are other more descriptive words, for the individual conditions which are only temporary to me and can be changed with environment anyhow if a person deserves it. And company; and understanding and no more. And even then if someone wants to continue playing up then fine......

what she is doing, is more evil than anything in manipulating the concept morality as being strictly biblical and thus nonsensical for lulz.

so if a person deserves it they get better from mental illness? or they are only acting up? and its all because of their environment?
