Simple adjustment on these. Follow the bars from the brake pedal to where they go onto the axel. You'll see the adjuster - it's the nut behind the red wire in the picture below.

Loosen the clip which holds the 2 brakes together. Then adjust the nut for both pedals outwards until both pedals are slack and resting on the step. Then tighten the nut for both pedals up again until they are even in height. It will take a little bit of trial and error, but it is a very easy thing to do!!
