    Hi,

I recently got invited for an interview, the position is a management role that required over 2 years experience, I don't have this experience but still got invited to the interview.

Did they make a mistake not noticing I lacked the experience, I made it clear on my cover letter I didn't have the relevant experience for the role but was very interested.

Any advice on how I could approach the interview, will they try call me up on my experience? Or am I in with a chance?

As you made it clear that you had no experience on cover letter, but still got a interview tells me that they may have been impressed with your CV,employers would rarely miss on CV/cover letter that you have no experience, they dont like wasting there own time, so go for the interview and hope for the best,Good luck.
