Flew into CDG over the weekend with Air France, weather was pretty poor on the ground, was fairly bumpy for the last 20mins! Pilot took a diversion to avoid the worst of the storm. Video attached (Available in HD)

Skip to 1:30 for the best of the action (for those who are impatient! :) )

Some fine footage there, from all my years of flying have never been that close to a big CB like that

Is that an app for your phone you have with the speed and heading etc?

Yes, the App I use on my phone is GPS Test, its available on Android. Only seems to get a consistent GPS Signal when under 10,000 feet for some reason although I had it working at 38,000ft once.

I'm not sure if the heading was taking from the GPS data or from an internal sensor on the phone, the altitude and speed always seem to be fairly accurate.
The worst of the the storm kicked off about 10mins after we got to the gate, the airport shutdown for about an hour, connecting flight was delayed by 1hr and half
