Habitual Residence

Just wondering if anybody has any experience of the habitually residency condition, my oh is in process of applying for the jsa but needs to fulfil this condition, he has been in Ireland for almost 5 years, been married for 3, has a mortgage, part time job etc.
To be this all seems very positive but the form he is filling out only asks very general questions, have you applied for refugee status, have you other family members in county and how long you have lived at present address. My oh grew up in foster care so doesn't even have any other family members that could be living here!
I'm concerned that we won't be able to convey that he is most definitely staying on the country and that our lives are here. Anyone any experience/guidance on this?
