Engine tone after new egr

Have to throw this out there & see because its annoying me. Got a new egr in my sonata crdi last week & the engine doesn't quite sound right to me. There's a noticeable low bassy tone when revving up through the gears. I'm convinced I'm still down on power also but its not the worst.

Basically i'm wondering if this is normal or a possible indicator of another problem, egr not fitted 100% or maybe a issue with the exhaust? Blocked cat or manifold?

Did you contact the garage? If not you should probably do it soon and let them have a listen.
