    Hi,

What are the rough solicitors fees which should be allowed for a new build?

Necessary work will be 1) changing of site name from parents 2) mortgage related items.

    Thanks!

In the middle of getting a site transferred into my name from my fathers. Have not got the final bill but it will be in the region of 2000E. Cannot comment on bank related items as of yet.

Thanks Kev, that sounds about right, I am not sure what the bank related items are either.
