Hatch Strut for 07 VW Golf

    Hi all,

    One of the hatch struts is gone and the boot won’t stay open - all the oil was coming out of it also.

    I don’t use the boot that much so strange that this has happened.

    Just wondering can these be sourced locally or off a website as they look fairly handy to replace?

    Have you priced it from a dealer? Don't just assume that it'll be far more expensive.

    They are cheap enough from the dealer.
