For a company that's making 600 million you think they might pay there staff properly or actually employ pilots. Or even perhaps treat them with basic human respect (cabin crew)

This really gives an insight into how Brookfields work. Lose your holiday entitlments because you handed in your notice, sounds like a lovely crowd to work for. Who are the owners of Brookfields any way?

They do pay them properly, rather than the obscene wages that were typically paid by European national or legacy airlines).
Thats why they are making €600 million.

No paid holidays, no sick leave, no maternity leave, pay for your own ID badge, Pay for your own accomodation when sent abroad, pay for your own bi-annual legally required sim check, pay for your own car parking, pay for your own uniform... The ability of your employer to decide on a whim that you won't work this month and as such you're not getting paid.

Because being given a uniform and ID badge by your employer without paying for it now counts as an obscene wage???

I don't think they are. At least by looking at their website anyway. They claim to have a huge number if airline clients around the world including Aer Lingus!

Brookfield can claim these airlines as customers all they want (they may very well have leased 1-2 flight crew to each of these airlines) but it has been known for quite a few years that Brookfield and Dalmac (along with 1-2 other flight/cabin crew companies) are sub contractors of Ryanair and often have an FR director on their board.
