Lockdown map NEVER loads online

    I have a problem. I'm a newcomer to MW3 and every time I play free for all mode, it is ruined when the LOCKDOWN map tries to load. Every time without fail, it freezes. The picture of the map shows up and it never loads. The intel bar never moves. All other maps are fine.

    I have reset the whole PS3 to default, but this hasn't changed the problem. Any ideas?

    I should maybe point out the ps3 is connected wirelessly to upc 100mb bb and has no issue on any other maps.

    Probably just a crappy disc. Bootleg used to crash my PS3 all the time after a while. Actually there were only a couple of maps I could play without the console freezing. Tested it on 3 consoles and it did the same thing to them all.

    Possibly. I did buy the whole system 2nd hand after all.

    On a kind of related topic. I couldn't get a game over the weekend but when I turned off the downloadable maps there were tons of games available. Are the DLC maps available for MP?

    I always have trouble with the extra maps,I just turn them off and never have trouble getting into a game.
