    Any advice will be appreciated-th

In January I left my job VOLUNTARILY-reason for this was that I was travelling 205km a day, 5days a week to work on min wage(living in Carlow and travelled to Dundrum daily).Emotionally, physically and financially it became to much for me as I was doing this for 18mths. When I finished I did not sign on for any benefits as I was paid 2 weeks wages as well as 4 weeks accumilated holiday pay!!I was depending on finding work in that time-which I did. I got myself a part-time job(6 months contract) within 2 weeks. My hours are 16-30 hours per week and sometimes 39. Even in the weeks I only got 2/3 days I never claimed any benefits. My contract is finishing in 2 weeks time, but they are prepared to keep me on at 2-3 days a week.

Now my landlord gave me notice on Friday-got till end of August,as he is handing back his house to the bank.

My partner took up an employment offer in Co. Mayo in April, so for the last 3 months we are paying double of everything, rent, bills, etc. So for me personally it will benefit us much better if I move up there as well and try and find employment asap up there. I am really torn between what to do.

If I decide not to stay on at my part-time job and rather move to Mayo and gave all the above as reasons for my decision, you think they might still penalise me for 9 weeks??Its hard enough paying double living expenses living apart to be honest. I am positve that some job will come up for me(I am applying for jobs daily-keeping copies of all my applications to show them I am actively seeking employment).

Thank you for any advice and input on this matter!!

It sounds like just cause and not likely to incur any disqualification period.
