I am looking at the Opel vectras, vectra A is 2007 and has just under 200 Kms on the clock vectra B is 2005 and has 140 Kms on the clock. Which one would be the better to go for ???

Depends on the service history and condition really.
They're both relatively old cars so plate snobbery shouldn't be a deal breaker.

The one that is in better condition.

Ignore the license plate and evaluate both on their own merits. If the one with 140k has a full service history and is in good nick then that would be preferable to me anyway.
