Joe Blow track pump parts?

I've only ever replaced entire pumps when they lose their effectiveness usually cos the rubber grommet is shagged but my Joe Blow is a nice piece of kit and a substantial lump of metal so I'm thinking I can surely buy a new rubber insert for it. Has anyone succeeded in doing similar?

Perfect. Need one of these. Bought a pump in Lidl yesterday but its useless.
