    The Killer Doll is back and he going back to solo roots, as this movie is ignoring Bride and Seed of Chucky.

    It be out DVD in 8 October 2013 (USA) not sure about UK,

    Nica (Fiona Dourif) is grieving over the gruesome suicide of her mother when her domineering older sister Barb (Danielle Bisutti) arrives with her young family in tow to help settle their mother’s affairs. As the sisters butt heads over Nica’s plans for the future, Barb’s young daughter comforts herself with a grinning, red-haired talking doll named Chucky (voiced again by Brad Dourif) that recently arrived mysteriously in the mail. But as a string of brutal murders begins to terrorize the household, Nica suspects the doll may hold the key to the bloodshed. What she doesn’t know is that Chucky has a personal score to settle. He’s determined to finish a job he started more than 20 years earlier, and this time he’s going to see it through to the bloody and shocking end.

    110% I will be buying this DVD, it shame I would have paid to watch this in cinema, I heard remake is also still in work at the moment, which looks it be out next year!

    Love the Chucky movies (Yeah, even Bride and Seed [Although Jennifer Tilly helped quite a bit]). Looking forward to this one. It wouldn't be the same without Dourif, who is one of my favourite actors.

    The new look isn't too different from the original, he's still instantly recognisable as Chucky. Will definitely be picking this up.

    As for the remake, do you know if it'll have Dourif, too? I'd rather they just continue the story than go all the way back.

    Over on blood disgusting they got Red brand trailer

    It made me Jump, I am really looking forward to this movie, it shame it go to DVD,

    (I just checked IMDb theaters August 22. ?)
    UK Fright Fest, Empire Cinema of Leicester Square, London, was screening CURSE OF CHUCKY on the first day of the festival. (This would apparently be the ONLY cinema in the WORLD showing CURSE OF CHUCKY at any point).
    (So wanted to go in past 2 years) There also next year (Sorry for going bit off topic)
