    I think it's more the fact he could migrate at 150 kilos but later not stay at 120kilos. However they are right that weight will kill him and he will take years of treatment before he succumbs. When he does succumb to it the doctors will be at fault.

    I suspect that it's just that he's got older, so entered a different age bracket which tipped him "over" in a scoring system.
