Cost of tiler and plumber for small bathroom? Details included.

    Edit: dammit, I meant to put this in the price/cost subforum, can a mod move this?

    I'm trying to get quotes on redoing a bathroom and some of the prices for labour are nuts.

    I have 18 sq m wall and 4sq m of tiling to get done plus toilet, sink etc replaced and the plumbing that goes with it.

    New toilet is moving to another wall. Bath and sink getting replaced.

    What should i expect for a GOOD tiler per sq metre?

    Same question for plumbing.

    My quotes so far seem to be all over the place.

    €15-17 per m2 plus vat if the tiler is vat registered
    Also depends on the type of tile and condition of the walls and floor.

    The plumbing will cost around the €300 - €400 mark as there is 2 days in it , labour only
    The tiler is €10 - €14 per SQM + vat
