I'm 20 years of age, 6.1 in height and i'm about 12 stone but I have cellulite all over my stomach. It's not so bad as I stand up straight but whenever I sit down or lie down, I really notice it.

Particularly on the sides of my stomach and it's really upsetting me. Why do I have it? I'm not fat for my age?

    Are you male or female?

You could work with a personal trainer.

There is no known cure for cellulite and you're by no means "fat".
There are things you can do to reduce the appearance of cellulite, though, and one thing I've found great is Clarins Body Lift Cellulite Control cream (around €45).

It won't rid you of cellulite but it will improve the appearance of it.
It will tone and define it and make you feel a bit better about it.
I have tried it and would definitely recommend it.

Other than that, you could try dry-brushing your body with a long-handled bristled brush, moving in the direction of your heart, but this can be a bit sore.

Try and reduce the amount of caffeine and alcohol you consume.
But PLEASE remember...MOST girls get cellulite, thin or fat..it's normal, trust me!!

Or just start running.I mean just run properly,it's free and the best way to tone.
Also you are in your twenties. Time enough to be worrying when you are older.

Cellulite can be an indicator of toxication in your body - that's why detoxing helps. The most effective ways to detox are by watching your intake (clean food and drink), exercise, sauna.

A good personal trainer who understands nutrition and will give you a meal plan will help you.

Would your brother give you some pointers?

Running is probably the worst way to tone. If you want to do stuff that's free then squats, lunges, press ups etc are a hell of a lot more effective.

OP here are a few free tips http://resultsireland.com/index.php/blog/item/104-cellulite

Lately I have started to really watch my diet. I'v been eating lots of tuna, steak (meat), potatoes, bit of veg and a lot more milk, I'v also been drinking a litre of water a day which should help me be healthier atleast.
