Hi there, picked up a pair of boots like this for work in a surplus store in france a few years back and ive been lookin to replace em for a while as theyre gettin fairly knackered...anyone know anywhere in ireland that might have em no? cheers

They look reasonably similar to British issue dessie boots. In that case, try britishmilitarysurplus.co.uk.
