    How do I get a food stall at a festival in Ireland

    Simply contact the organisers of the festival and ask them who is looking after the concessions for the event. Some of the bigger events will engage a 3rd party to look after this area. There is usually an application process depending on the event and how 'popular' it is.

    You pay a fee to attend the event - note that you may also need to purchase a licence from the local council if the event is not on private land. You will obviously need insurance and an EHO licence (your local HSE office looks after this).

    many festival [electric picnic comes to mind] have external companies handle the organising of the food stall if memory serves me right!
