Hope somebody can help me here. Will be travelling to 'The Real Capital' by bus shortly and then need to get to The Rochestown Park Hotel. Does anybody know if there is a bus to there and what the number might be. Many thanks.

There is most defiantly you get the bus from the bus station Parnell mmm not too sure of the bus number it would be the monkstown/ringaskiddy bus that stop just before and just after the rochestown park. I suppose the stop just after the park would be closer for you

If you don't mind a bit of walking and would like to save about €3 on the fare (223 fare is €4.70, 208 is €1.80), you could take the 208 outside the Savoy on Patrick's Street, get off at the bus stop on Colmcille Avenue in Mayfield and then walk down the North Ring Road for about 15 minutes to reach the hotel.

Check it out on Google maps. The 208 runs every 10 minutes http://www.buseireann.ie/pdf/1360754203-208.pdf

    It's Rochestown, Not Silversprings!

Also, you could take the 216 from the South Mall if you wanted. Would drop you practically at the door.

This is the easiest option I'd say. The 216 drops u at a stop, a 30 second walk from the hotel.

223 drops at same stop outside hotel with no walk to South mall as it leaves from Parnell place. Just may not go as often.
