Windsurfing in Limerick

Just looking for locations to windsurf in limerick. Anything at all close to the city. I was thinking the small area of water south of the tunnel? Know its small but in the right winds... Or maybe bleach or dromore lough or the Shannon estuary. Any info appreciated including dangers and access...
