    A couple of years ago I told my kid if he saved up some cash I would go halves with him on a gaming pc. He managed to get the money together stupidly fast but he was too young to to have his own pc. He's waited patiently until now and with his birthday coming up in mid August we are finally going ahead with getting him his first gaming pc \:D/

    1. What is your budget? 500-550 (thats max, we can't go over it)

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming - Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, WoW, Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3
    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Yes, 19 inch LG monitor 1440x900 resolution, DVD drive

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes - I'm giving him my old monitor and buying a new one for myself.

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. I'm looking for a 24 inch ps model, in particular this one. This monitor is for myself, just want opionions if it is ok. This doesnt count towards his budget.

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? 1440x900, no.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking?Yes

    8. How can you pay? Credit, debit card and Paypal

    9. When are you purchasing? whenever we get a build :)

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Mayo, but we should be fine.
