NCHD overtime rates

    Anyone able to confirm what the overtime rates are now for NCHDs (with the Haddington Road crap).
    Is it t1/4 for on-call (on-site) for definite now.

    Also we've changed to on-call off-site now.
    This is new to me so i'm even more confused.

    Is it:
    On call (on-site ie when called in): t1/4 (Haddington Road crap)
    On call (off-site): 1/2 time.
    Bar the first 10 hours of on call (off-site) payed at normal (t1/4) rates.

    So for example if i do my 9-5 then, say work from 5-10, then the last 10 hours from 10 to 8 (if off-site) will be "protected" at t1/4 (not 1/2 time)

    HR told me there is some doubt about the last bit.
    Can anyone shed light on this.

    And Sunday?
    In the contract it divides off-site into frequently called in (.75 time) and infrequently called in (.6 time). How are these defined.

    I am looking to find the same answer. Its unclear how on call offsite is being paid.
    Currently I am getting T1.25 for on call on site hours and T0.5 for remaining on call offsite (I.e. not called on site) is this correct?

    And Sunday early morning (Saturday nights) it's 0.5T only if not called on site.
