I have been suffering from nausea, fatigue and loss of appetite on and off for the last 2 months. I have lost a stone in weight. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy last week and am awaiting for the results. In the meantime the doctor has presciped by zoton fastab 30mg once a day and colpermin tabs one 3 times a day. I am taking them now for 8 days and have a constant sick stomach with stomach cramps. No vomitting. Anyone else have this reaction to these meds
