I filled out the online form and printed it, just wondering what the next step is? Do I go to the health centre in order to be designated a local Doctor/Dentist? / Or should I have that sorted myself and simply post the application off? If so, how do you know if Doctor/Dentists are compliant with the medical card scheme?…
