    Hi folks,
We are renovating a house and getting quotes on insulation, there is no attic in the hse, its a low pitch roof and the ceilings are right up to the rafters, we want to pack the rafters and then insulated plasterboard skim and paint, my question is what's d best option, spray foam or fiberglass, I am worried about moisture build up or sweating as the house is old.

Can't advise but it might help others to know if it's old roofing felt or modern moisture barrier under the slates/tiles as that may influence the choice of insulation.

you must leave a 50mm gap between the rockwool and the felt to allow for ventilation if you are getting it spray foamed they must use special vent cards which leaves the 50mm gap
