CROKE PARK CONCESSION TICKETS?

I was asked by a person today who is on disability benefit are they entitled to a rebate on their ticket at Croke Park. They paid the full price for their ticket for Saturday evenings game. If they are how do they go about getting a rebate and how much will they get. Think the full price was 25 euro.

I was not sure as the person has a bus pass although not a pensioner.
