Ireland is:
Lowest in YoY increase (actually a decrease of 1.5%) in peak connection speeds in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa)

Second lowest in YoY increase in average connection speeds in EMEA

18th out of 25 in EMEA for speeds > 4b/s
