    Hi all, I recently downloaded the following Aircraft:

    http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fsview.php?do=list&fid=173705

    Its the FSX/FS9 Aer Lingus A320-200.

    Now its fine but, the problem is there is this silly see thru exhause efflux that can be seen coming from the back of the engines, I find it very annoying, is there anyway to get rid of it??

    John,
    Select the aircraft.cfg and drag it to a blank notepad document.Before editing in any way back remember to back the file up.

    In the [Lights] section remove the following lines:

    light.13= 8, 13.500000, -18.95, -5.125, fx_SF_Engine
    light.14= 8, 13.500000, 18.95, -5.125, fx_SF_Engine

    you might also want to get rid of the reverser effect, which is in the [SMOKESYSTEM] section at:

    smoke.2= -5.125, 13.500000, -18.95, fx_SF_Reverser
    smoke.3= -5.125, 13.500000, 18.95, fx_SF_Reverser

    Save the file and Close notepad.
    :)

    Hope the above helps,

    Skyknight
