What are your needs? What will you be using the rig for?

What resolution monitor will you be playing on?

Ok, well for starters a Haswell i7 is crazy overkill. A 3570k + Z77Pro3 + Hyper212 (for 4.4ghz or higher overclocks) is the way to go.

Dual 760s is overkill for 1080p. I'd get a 770 maybe for now. Or one 760 and add another at a later date for SLI.

Case is overkill (I recommend a Nanoxia Deep Silence One), PSU is overkill (I recommend a 650w Amazon Super Flower, or a 700w bequeit PSU.

Overpriced. In any case, it's older architecture.

They draw more power, you have potentially micro-stutter, you have much less VRAM and also double the chances of failure. Most of these are typical issues related to going multi card solutions, and wouldn't stop most people; for the most part, they're minor issues. But the main reason I recommended not getting 2 760s for now is because it is phenomenal overkill for 1080p.
